You've Got Mail!

Crew! Guess what!? Considering that my little mail box in the work room has sort of become the central collecting point for all missions related correspondence, we thought that it might be a cool idea to have mail boxes of our own. So our good friend "Sensei" Melanie Rosander ordered us some to use and they are now sitting back at my desk.

Basically, there are 24 compartments (see photo below), each of which will hold a 2" stack of 8-1/2" x 11" paper. That won't work if you want to store that nifty potatoe-gun flier cannon for your latest canvassing initiative, but if you just need to pass along regular paper materials, it should do just fine.

I think what we'll do is the following:

* Post as many "general ministry" names as possible rather than individuals in order to maximize the space. For instance, we'll have one bin for "Chicago Missions Teams" rather than a box for John Olashuk, Ashley Mark, Paul Winch, etc.
* Please check your box at least weekly. If stuff starts to pile up and grow cobwebs and dust, we'll probably need to reconsider whether or not it is truly "necessary".
* For those of you who truly will require an "individual box" (like Skip Dodge, Leann Price, etc), we will set up separate boxes as well.
* You will be charged a fee of $1 million, payable only in non-sequential US bearer bonds (coupons attached) per year. Just kidding, of course... i've been watching too many spy movies lately.

I hope that this will help! Let me know if you would like a box for your ministry!
